Twitter Dashboard
Objective
Create an intuitive experience focused on solving the daily problems of people that use Twitter on a professional level. Help small businesses understand and empower them to be successful on Twitter.
Solution
Our team created a new app on web and iOS called Twitter Dashboard with an initial focus on 3 core features: 1) Tweet scheduling, 2) About You & Custom timelines, 3) Tips & Analytics
Responsibilities & Credits
Dashboard was a collaborative effort by a design team composed of myself, Anjani Bhargava (design), Xuan Wang (design), Daniel Machado (research), and Angela Kilduff (content strategy). Partnering with product and engineering teammates, we produced an end-to-end experience across both web and iOS platforms as a cohesive unit. My responsibilities included product strategy, information architecture, interaction design, wireframing, prototyping, and visual design across different features.

Tweet scheduling
Say you're a small business owner looking to promote yourself on Twitter and engage with your audience. You are too busy with all your other responsibilities to Tweet throughout the day and keep up with your timeline. Scheduling Tweets ahead of time allows you to queue up a stream of content that can be posted at optimum times for maximum engagement and reach.About You & Custom timelines
Followers don't always provide a useful timeline experience for professional users. It would be more helpful to be able to follow topics or communities. Additionally, it can be challenging to see who's talking about you on Twitter, especially if you aren't explicitly tagged with an @handle. Customizable timelines allows you to build streams of content based around keywords.About You is a unique timeline that features all mentions of you, whether or not your @handle was tagged. You can quickly respond to your customers with an in-line reply field.
Feeds are easily customized by including keywords you want to track and excluding keywords you want to filter out. A live side-by-side preview of the feed allows you to tweak the query until you get it just right.
